Cornerstone Down Syndrome Care is a unique practice that focuses on providing the highest quality of care for children with Down Syndrome. Having a child with Down Syndrome is a joy like no other, yet, most people underestimate the difficulties and hard work it takes to raise a child with a disability.  Children can have multiple challenges that can concern parents and medical professionals alike. The mission is to address caregiver concerns by providing both medical and nonmedical information, advice, guidance, support, and referrals to individuals and families. Dr. Nieves is passionate about empowering families with individuals with Down Syndrome to live to their full potential.
