Cornerstone Down Syndrome Care provides support
for children from the prenatal stage through age 18.

Initial Assessment

  • 1 hour with caregiver, via telehealth or in-person

  • Parental/Caregiver interview to assess concerns

  • Provider or medical team concerns

  • Collaborative goal setting

Secondary Assessment

  • 30 min to 1 hour with child based on parental preference

  • Child evaluation to include general assessment
